Our Audiologists


Nikki DeGeorge Weaver, Au.D.

Dr. Nikki has been practicing Audiology for 20 years and has extensive education and experience in Audiology. She specializes in complete diagnostic hearing evaluations, equilibrium evaluations, and treatment for hearing loss and tinnitus. She has received degrees from University of Florida, Ohio State University, and West Virginia University. In addition, she has spoken at many national and local conventions and at many Universities. Dr. Nikki’s interest in Audiology began when she was a young child because she has two deaf cousins. Her grandmother taught her sign-language from a very young age. Dr. Nikki currently resides in Peachtree City with her husband and their 5 children, including twin boys. In her spare time she enjoys painting, golf, tennis, travel, and the outdoors.

Janeann Lee, M.A CCC-A

Janeann has been an Audiologist for almost 30 years. Her interest in Audiology began with trying to determine a way to help her father who worked in underwater demolition which resulted in essentially no hearing in one ear and significant hearing loss in the other. She received her Master Degree from Louisiana Tech University and is ASHA certified. She specializes in hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings, specialty testing, and evaluations of balance disorders. She recently moved to Georgia from Mississippi. In her spare time, Janeann enjoys spending time with her family, ice-skating, swimming, and playing tennis.

Leslie Neal, Ph.D.

Leslie Neal, Ph.D. has been practicing Audiology for 25 years and has been with Fayette Hearing Clinic since 2008. She specializes in diagnostic hearing evaluations, aural rehabilitation, and hearing aid fittings. Prior to joining Fayette Hearing Clinic, she had a practice in Fort Myers, FL and was faculty at Pennsylvania College of Optometry Doctor of Audiology Program, Ball State University, and Purdue University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children and spending time with her husband, a local neuropsychologist. She also likes to play Bunko and travel.

Bryn Pond, Audiology Intern

Bryn Pond received her Bachelor’s in Communicative Disorders from Northern Illinois University in 2017 and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Audiology. She became interested in audiology when she started learning ASL (American Sign Language) during her undergraduate career. Her areas of interest are working with the geriatric and special needs populations, as well as the Deaf Community, and with those who have tinnitus and/or dizziness and balance problems. She is from the greater Chicago area and in her spare times likes to go hiking, boating and spending time with friends and family.

Tracy Frame, Office Manager and Audiology Assistant, Coweta Hearing Clinic

Tracy grew up in Newnan and has lived there most of her life. She graduated from Georgia State University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing. Tracy has over 17 years experience working with audiologists and has worn hearing aids for several years. She has been with Dr. Nikki since she opened her practice in 2006. Tracy also received her Audiologist assistant Degree in 2007 from Nova Southeastern University. In her spare time, Tracy enjoys camping and spending time with her daughter and husband.

Rachel Pent, Audiology Assistant, Coweta Hearing Clinic

Rachel was born in a small town in Colorado and moved to Georgia in 1996 to pursue her career with Delta Airlines in Customer Service. Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children, 3 dogs, and 2 cats. She absolutely fell in love with the small-town of Newnan because of the generous people and the sense of community. The Coweta Hearing Clinic has filled her gap of not having any extended family in the area. Rachel feels that her co-workers and the patients are her family, and it shows in her customer service skills. Rachel’s father suffers from hearing loss, so she feels this pain personally. Rachel has been with the Coweta Hearing Clinic since 2018 and enjoys bringing smiles and laughter to all her patients.

Jodi Wisenbaker, Patient Care Coordinator, Fayette Hearing Clinic

Jodi, having always lived in South Georgia, is new to the area and to our team. She attended Wiregrass Georgia Technical College and Valdosta State University, majoring in business. Jodi has over three years of experience working with hearing aids at a hearing clinic in Valdosta, GA. Jodi is passionate about helping others and goes above and beyond to ensure that patients are taken care of appropriately and completely. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her dog, painting and surrounding herself with family and friends.
